President’s statement

President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has declared that Pakistan is developing and progressing in order to wipe out worldwide terrorism. And the outcomes can be displayed by the government, military and people. Democracy is working well; we have owned the political duties and Pakistani people are with us in order to bring terrorism in an end. The main problem of the country is resources and if the world provides resources to Pakistan, Pakistan can nicely work against Taliban and can spread this work through out all the areas of the world which will be successful for Pakistan.

Balochistan province will be brought towards progressive development and its all requirements will be completed. According to the Pakistani President, people of Balochistan are lovable and we want to heal their wounds.

These are some statements by President Asif Ali Zardari which he stated on 9th of September 2009. Now it looks that Balochistan will enjoy progress like other provinces of Pakistan and moreover, Pakistan’s mission against terrorism is always at high level and worthwhile. But do Balochistan get all the luxuries which are provided to other provinces and what about the terrorism which is prevailed in Pakistan? Firstly, government should act against the terrorism inside country after that think about the entire world.

Province status and autonomy for Gilgit Baltistan

Northern Areas will enjoy a province like status and complete sovereignty which is really nice news for all and sundry. It will also possess its individual assembly council with a sum of 15 members. A governor, chief minsiter and six other ministers are kept for Gilgit. Prime Minister Gilani declared that these areas will be called as ‘Gilgit Baltistan’ and will enjoy the standing of a province. In a special meeting, the government accepted modification package for these areas and through this these Northern areas will be afforded with complete self-rule.
PML-N has greeted the authorization of autonomy for the Northern Areas and has also assured for the support at each pace which designed to convey citizens of these areas into the mainstream. Information Secretary Ahsan Iqbal told to a private channel about PML-N Chief Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is a great supporter of people of Gilgit-Baltistan Region. He wants that people should be provided with their rights like the people of other areas of the country contain. He wished that the citizens of these areas must be afforded with the resources to get better infrastructure, societal sector and a university must be organized for students to acquire higher studies.
The PML-N leader recommended a development in the legal system plus efficient execution of law and order as there was violent behavior in the areas. He stated that both PML-N and PPP are dedicated to the Charter of Democracy. So let’s see what the future of Gilgit Baltistan is! Do the promises and commitments are fulfilled or not this is the question.

Child Labor and beggary_ the future of Pakistani children!

According to our great leader and founder of Pakistan Quaid e Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah and other Muslim leaders children are the success of nation and country but are these those children who are labors in big factories and industries and other places, instead of studying they do hard and tough jobs and feed the whole family? Or do these children will bring country to the progressive paths who beg for money, food and other stuff? Nowadays child labor and beggary are prevailed at large quantity around the country. The parents of these children are not thinking about the future of their children and country as well. They are unaware of the veracity! Not only above crucial acts are done by children but now they are also used for illegal acts which is a bitter crime in Islam and in Law both. But no one pay heed to this situation but why?

No doubt, parents of such children are also included in such acts because of their bad conditions but, this is the duty of government to provide safe ways to the parents of these children so that their children can get education which is their right and need too. Pakistan is already thick with illiterate people; the majority of population can’t read and write. If the conditions remain same then no doubt the nation will destroy soon! And once again Pakistan will be under domination. If these children are educated well, they will do great jobs for the country and nation like in past our great leaders did. These children are the young scholars and the great leaders, doctors, scientists, and teachers of tomorrow. Children are the very essential asset!

Is Pakistan towards development?

Islamic Republic of Pakistan was that place where the great leaders and politicians used to take oaths and promises and also completed them by hook or by crook. But now the situation has turned; now politicians love to take oaths and very beautifully they promise but no any fulfillment. There are many cases which are promised but still pending, and will remain waiting because now there is no any hope for any fulfillment. The most essential issue is the Kashmir, which is till pending and can never be tackled because of the conditions leaders and politicians. While taking the oath of President, Asif Ali Zardari promised for the resolution of Kashmir issue but no any beam. Same is the case with the leader of Mulim League (N) Nawaz Sharif, he also promised for the resolution of Kashmir issue but is there any better work? No! Raja Perwaiz Asharaf gave his word for the betterment of electricity but where is the progress?

Like Kashmir issue there are also some other issues prevailing in Pakistan such as water, employment, education and many other which are just promised by the leaders and politicians but no any work. Why? Are these promises just for speeches? Is this the development of Pakistan?

What are your aims in raising a child?

The rearing of children is more and more puzzling for parents in the twentieth century because we have lost a lot of our old fashioned convictions about what kind of morals and ambitions and characters we want them to have. We have even lost our convictions about the purpose of human existence. Instead we have come to depend on psychological concepts. They have been helpful in solving many other smaller problems but they are of little use in answering the major questions.

You may not be conscious of these changes—because you are so much a part of these times or because you grew up in an unusually stable family.

Other countries and times:

In the past it was assumed in many countries that a man’s main function in the world –over and above making a living—was to serve God, by carrying out his purposes as revealed by religion. That’s why in the Middle Ages the churches were by far the most imposing buildings. Much the same was true in America in the colonial period. Children never had an idea that life was for their fulfillment. They were constantly exhorted to overcome their base natures in order to grow up to be pleasing in god’s eyes.

In other place, especially in the past hundred years or so, it has been taught that man’s purpose is to serve his country. This was true to a degree of France of napoleon’s time, the British Empire, the German empire. It has been even more true of some modern states not only of communist states like the Soviet Union but of a democratic ones like Israel. Parents and teachers are in agreement with leaders about what virtues are to be encouraged in children: cooperativeness, studiousness, dedication to specific principles of the nation. Parents don’t have to keep wondering and worrying—about whether they are doing the right thing.

In even more parts of the world it is assumed that children are born and raised to serve the aims of the family—what sociologist call as the extended family or the clan. In childhood and youth they prepare themselves for at the jobs which are valuable one by their particular family. They must as children and later as grown ups revere and defer to the elders. Even in marrying in many countries they must accept marriages that are arranged by their families and parents for the purpose of advancing family welfare.
